Rates are per week in euro.

Local overnight tax of € 2,10 per person/day is not included. This tax has to be paid directly in the hotel by all guests that are 14 years old or older. 
The tax was stablished by the government and published in the law decreto legislativo nr.23/2011 of March 14 2011.

Animals are not allowed.
Check-in and Check-out: on the day of arrival the apartments are ready after 02.30 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to depart before 09.30 am.

Cancellation of reservation:

• in case of cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival the reservation will be deleted without penalty
• in case of cancellation up to 1 month prior to arrival we are obliged to retain the confirmation fee
• in case of last-minute cancellations, delayed arrivals or/and early departures, we will charge the whole stay
